With the Hof Butenland Sanctuary or "Cow Retirement Home", they have created a place where the categories of dairy cow, veal calf or even experimental cow are broken down and the animals are given back what is their most precious asset: their life and their freedom. Because the places they come from have hardly anything to do with life, let alone freedom and being free.

Who hasn't dreamed of spending their vacation with lots of different animals? We can make your dreams come true on our farm! Our farm is located in the beautiful countryside in the middle of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
We have horses, donkeys, ponies, llamas, pigs, chickens, ducks, goats, rabbits, guinea pigs, raccoons, kangaroos, peacocks, cats and lots of dogs.
You can choose your own foster animal and look after it all week.
You will get to know many different animals and their needs.
