What is the Difference between a Flight escort and a Flight parent?

A Flight parent has already booked their flight, and offers to take animals without the Shelter or Animal Rescue Organization paying a share of the Flight parents flight. The Organization just has to pay the animal’s transport cost and additionally will arrange and pay ALL the necessary Paperwork, i.e. EU Pet Passport.

If you offer to be a Flight Escort the Organization will pay your Airline Ticket PLUS the cost of the animals flight and all related Paperwork expenses.

A Flight escort is thus more expensive for the Animal Organization OR the Adopter overseas BUT in some cases it is the ONLY way to get the Animal to his/her new Forever Home.
