As of November 1 2021, additional rules apply for importing dogs and cats from abroad.
There is still much uncertainty about the new rules. Rules as they stand on the website of the RVO (Dutch government agency for Entrepreneurship).

HOSTFAMILY

Here you will find all the regulations that host families have to comply with. TIP: A distinction is made between host families who provide childcare on a commercial basis and those who do it on a hobby basis.
ADOPTERS

For adopters, not much will change. Unless they adopt a dog or cat directly from abroad. Read here what you as a foundation need to know and check.
RE-HOMING

Sometimes a dog has to be re-homed. Again, not much changes, but a number of things must be in order. Check whether this is in order for your dogs.
