PARALIMNI DOG POUND, CYPRUS – DESPERATE FOR HELP

Please we need volunteers to help clean, feed and walk the numerous dogs that are in the pound. The season has started and the majority of volunteers have work to attend during the summer months. This leaves the remaining volunteers stretched, stressed and unable to cope with everything. We need people that can spare a couple of hours in a morning please to come and help. Sadly, If we can’t get help we may be forced to close the doors and walk away. Please, please ? help us to continue helping the dogs.
The volunteers go every single day between the hours of 7.30 until they finish. The pound is near Home and Wood in Paralimni. Thank you. X

Paralimni Dog Pound is run by volunteers whose aim is to find permanent homes for the many stray and abandoned dogs who are found wandering the streets.
Most of these dogs are unwanted and have been abandoned to the streets by their owners.
They feel lost, confused and all they want is a warm home with a loving family where they can feel safe.

We try to find homes both here in Cyprus and also abroad. We also badly need people in Cyprus to foster for varying lengths of time whilst our furry friends wait for a loving permanent home or whilst waiting to be flown to a new home abroad.
